Shipping policy

Glazed & Confused Pottery ships handmade ceramics with care. Because pottery is fragile, each order is packed carefully to help protect during transit. 

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items are typically packed and shipped within 3-7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description or during shop updates. 

Custom orders and made-to-order items require additional times because they must be created, dried, bisque fired, glazed, and glaze fired. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or listed with the product. Rates may vary depending on size, weight, and destination of the order.

Packaging

Pottery is wrapped and packed securely to reduce the risk of damage during shipping. Whenever possible, packaging may be reused and recycled. 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item, box, and packaging materials. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Glazed & Confused Pottery is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. 

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in the Phoenix, Arizona area when offered at checkout or arranged directly. Pickup details will be provided after the order is placed. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, carrier delays are outside of my control. If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact me so we can review the tracking information. 

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

International delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs processing. Due to the cost and complexity of international shipping, international shipping charges are generally nonrefundable once an order has shipped.
