Custom Orders

Custom order prices vary on size, intricacy, glaze specifications, etc. and must total to at least $100. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of the order. 

Once custom order designs are finalized, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be invoiced via PayPal. When the product is ready, you will be invoiced the remaining amount including shipping.

Custom orders, personalized items, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation once production has started unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with the order upon 48 hours after delivery. Cancellations and refunds are only accepted before the production begins, although there will be no refund for the deposit.
